Our Locations for Tailor-Made Solutions
This strength is especially visible in Europe: In Italy, Ocono Italy S.r.l. (formerly TubiOne S.r.l.), based in Varese, is part of the group and expands our proximity to customers and applications in the Southern European market. In Romania, Ocono Romania S.R.L. (formerly APR Inovaflex S.R.L.) is based in Călărași. As sales sites, both companies focus on customer proximity, technical advice and reliable implementation.
Our European production capacities are concentrated in Germany: the manufacturing company Ocono Ruhrkunststoff GmbH (formerly SCHAUENBURG Ruhrkunststoff GmbH) based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Ocono VACUFLEX GmbH (formerly VACUFLEX GmbH) based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, and Ocono APD Schlauchtechnik GmbH (formerly APD Schlauchtechnik GmbH) based in Viersen.
Beyond our European presence, our international sister companies operate independently in production and sales: in America through Flexaust Inc. with several locations in the USA and in China, which will be bundled under Ocono China in the future.
As Ocono France, we combine local accessibility with the consistency, diversity and implementation strength of a large, reliable group of companies.

There, materials, hose structures and application-related requirements are continuously tested, evaluated and further developed. For you, this means that technical questions can be answered reliably, requirements can be classified more quickly and solutions can be selected that remain reliable throughout the entire lifetime of the product.

Depending on the product and application, we meet specific requirements – such as food conformity or flame-retardant designs for safety-relevant areas – and prove this with appropriate certifications. In this way, we create tested safety and reliable standards for our customers. In addition, we at the Ocono use defined testing and approval processes to ensure that materials permanently meet the required specifications – so that consistency, process reliability and repeatability are guaranteed at all times.
Another important quality anchor: our manufacturing companies in Germany are all certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and thus have documented, standardised quality processes along the entire value chain.
